It was well known that the second film might tell the story of the rise of the power of Grindelwald. Of course that fact also became one of the reasons to look forward to the sequel to Fantastic Beasts.
Some time ago, this sequel project of Fantastic Beasts from Warner Bros has found the cast of Dumbledore in his youth. He is an actor who has got two Oscar nominations, Jude Law who was selected as this iconic magician. Law will be the ‘opponent’ of Johnny Depp who plays Gellert Grindelwald.
Launched from ScreenRant, the presence of Leta Lestrange in the sequel to the film is a surprise thing. Nevertheless Lestrange’s last name is not strange, because Bellatrix Lestrange is one of Voldemort’s loyal followers in the Harry Potter film. While Leta it self was introduced as someone who has a romantic relationship with Newt Scamander.
As we know in her book, Dumbledore and Grindelwald have a very close friendship in their teens. Meet first in Godric’s Hollow, they are equally interested in magic artifacts that have special powers. The old story between Grindelwald and Dumbledore is revealed further in Deathly Hallows, both novel and film. They were childhood friends, until Grindelwald became one of Dumbledore’s greates enemies in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Grindelwald, played by Depp, will become a cameo as a character who disappears from Europe after the mastery of terror with Elder Wand.
The plan, this project will be released on November 16, 2018.
