Before the release of its official trailer, Blumhouse released a 20-second Happy Death Day teaser trailer. Although brief, the tension in the film is little conveyed through this teaser.
Blumhouse has released their first teaser for a horror movie titled Happy Death Day. The film will tell you about Jessica Rothe, a college student who revived the day she was killed with unusual details and a terrible ending until she was able to find the identity of her murderer.

The teaser begins with Rothe characters who wake up in dorm rooms. Then proceed to the scene where he was preparing for her birthday party. However, his birthday turned into a moment of death momentarily when she was stabbed by a masked assassin. The end of the teaser shows a cake with a terrible “Death Day” writing on it.
The film is directed by Christopher Landon, director of Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones and Scout’s Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse. Blumhouse has achieved success thanks to Get Out, Split and The Purge which is now the production house where the film is cultivated.
Like the movie Before I Fall, starring Zoey Deutch, Happy Death Day has the premise of The Groundhog Day. This premise shows the main characters continue to wake up on the same day repeatedly for some reason.
This premise was popularized by The Groundhog Day, which aired in 1993 and was starred by Bill Murray. This premise is again used by the Edge of Tomorrow film starring Tom Cruise.
Other stars who also starred in this film are Israel Broussard, Ruby Modine, Rachel Matthews, Charles Aitken, Jason Bayle and Phi Vu. Happy Death Day will soon be hunting down your favorite theaters on October 13th.
